  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 2-1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain, return to pot.
  • In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, drain on paper towels. In drippings in skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour & mustard powder until smooth. Whisk in milk, cook, whisking constantly until thickened and bubbly. Whisk in cheese until melted & smooth. Stir cheese sauce into pasta until fully coated. Crumble 6 slices bacon, stir bacon and tomato halves into pasta.
  • Transfer to baking dish. Break remaining bacon into small pieces, sprinkle over pasta. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 5-10 minutes.
