  • Place potatoes in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, place turkey on potatoes.
  • In small bowl, stir together, mustard, syrup and tapioca. Pour over turkey.
  • Cover, cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.

Notes

Delicious, especially served with warm cornbread drizzled with real maple syrup.
