  • First prepare shrimp. Then cook the spaghetti and make the sauce. Note: If you purchase already shelled shrimp, fresh or frozen, this will save you a great deal of time.
  • Noodles:
  • Combine in a small bowl, parmesan cheese, mizithra cheese, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder and set aside. Prepare spaghetti noodles per package instructions until done. Drain noodles but do not rinse. Return hot noodles back into pan and add butter and toss until melted, then add cheese combination.
  • Sauce:
  • In a 1 quart saucepan, add white wine, garlic, onion, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, uncovered, until 1/3 of the liquid has evaporated. Add prepared shrimp and stir until shrimp is tender. Don't overcook!


Recipe can be doubled. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat slowly to avoid fish from becoming rubbery. Fresh herbs enhance the flavor. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
