  • 1. Mash the tofu and squeeze out water by using cheese cloth. Set aside in a bowl.
  • 2. Peel shrimps and roughly chop.
  • 3. Mix mashed tofu, chopped shrimps, chopped cilantro, and salt and pepper.
  • 4. Using hands, make mixed ingredients to a meatball shape then press down to cookie size. It makes about 12 pieces or more.
  • 5. Heat pan, add cooking oil. Pan fry the tofu/shrimp cakes till both sides are golden brown.

Notes

Serve with ketchup or cocktail sauce. Crispy outside and soft inside. Kids will love it.
