  • In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients except salad dressing. Toss well to mix the meats and cheese blend with vegetables.
  • Depending on how well the mix is drained add salad dressing to cover.
  • Chill at least one hour. Spoon on bed of mixed greens. Or scoop out large tomatoes drain and fill with mix.


Other uses: Serve on a hard roll as a sandwich filling. Put about 1/3 cup in pita half as a snack. If there any left, I cook pasta and mix about 2 cups of cooked cool pasta to 1 cup mix with grape tomatoes. This recipe started as an olive salad spread. (Muffaletta sandwich in New Orleans was the inspiration.) This is great at a party!
