  • 1. Preheat nonstick skillet to medium heat. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Drizzle pan with olive oil and fry the chicken. Set aside.
  • 2. Preheat new skillet on medium-low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Saute peppers and onion.
  • 3. Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, lemon juice, and ONE packet of soup mix from the Ramen Soup in glass dish.
  • 4. Add mushrooms, and baby corn to peppers. Continue cooking until all vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 5. Mix in chicken, teriyaki-lemon sauce, and bean sprouts to vegetable mixture. Turn to low heat.
  • 6. Following directions on the soup packages, cook the 3 packages of Ramen Noodle. Do NOT add the soup mix packets.
  • 7. Pour chicken and veggies on top of drained noodles.
