  • Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt margarine in an oven safe 2 1/2 qt cooking dish. In separate mixing bowl combine sugar, flour and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour IMMEDIATELY into melted margarine. Add peaches including juice. DO NOT STIR! Bake 50-55 minutes or until crust is dark golden brown.

Special Equipment Needed


The key to this recipe is to NOT stir the peaches into the other ingredients. You may also use diced peaches. Oven temps and cook times may vary. This recipe doubles, triples & quadruples well.(When quadrupling it takes almost a gallon of peaches)
