  • Pour the juice off of the salmon into a cup. Add the baking powder to it, stir, and set aside. Drain salmon in a collander. Remove the skin and bones.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, flour, lemon juice, and egg.
  • Before adding the lemon juice to the mixture, heat oil in frying pan. Once hot, drop 1 Tbsp. of mixture into the grease. Fry about a minute, then flip and flatten. Fry till brown on each side.
  • Serve with Kraft Minute Rice and a toss salad.


You may use a teaspoon to drop the mixture into the frying pan. This makes them smaller and crunchier. Olive oil may be used for frying to decrease calories.
