  • Place shrimp in cheese cloth and squeeze dry. Combine cream cheese, shrimp and lemon juice in bowl. Mix with a mixer until well blended. Add green onions, fold in until mixed.
  • Shape into a ball.
  • Let chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers

Notes

Family and friends enjoy this recipe over the standard salmon log. The green onions add a complement flavor to the cream cheese and shrimp. I serve the spread on a dish placed on ice.
