  • Cook chicken in slow cooker until very tender (4-6 hours).
  • Shred chicken and mix with cream cheese, green chilies, and 1 can enchilada sauce. Divide mixture and fill 8 tortilla shells. Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over shells & sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 375°F for 20 minutes.

You can make this a day ahead and then bake an extra 5 minutes.
