  • Parboil the potatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash. Mix together the soy, Worcestershire, and oyster sauces. Add the garlic.
  • Place the cut steak and parboiled vegetables into a large resealable bag. Add the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of an hour.
  • Assemble onto skewers and discard the marinade. Grill until the meat is to your liking.
