  • In a small to medium sized slow cooker, add roast, powdered gravy mix and broth.
  • Cut onion into chunks and add to cooker along with garlic or garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Cook on low setting for 7 hours.

Notes

After removing roast for carving, stir gravy and leave in cooker to simmer until ready to serve.
