This came out awesome! I used Country Crock instead of butter and served it over brown rice. SO yummy! So full of flavor and creamy. I will totally be making this again. We even boiled up some frozen spinach and added a little to our serving of the chicken to give it a little more veggie-nutrients. Can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch today!
I loved this recipe!! I left out the butter, and used 3oz of cream chez (for less fat) and it turned out great!! I served it over white rice, and my husband loved it!!
