I received the same recipe from my mother which I made a slight variation. Instead of just chicken breasts, I use fajita seasoned chicken breasts. With my variation I make this weekly and there are rarely leftovers. I also might add that I live in South Texas were Mexican food is a staple.
This is a family favorite. It's not too spicy for the kids and the adults like it, too. I make this at least once a month.
