Awesome and soooo tasty! I doubled the sauce, as suggested, and it works great. The sauce is so good that you want to double it to add it to rice! This one goes in my favorite list.
I found a recipe very similar to this one in a slow-cooker cookbook. It is very good! There is a lot of room to improvise. For instance I did not use the chicken bouillion and I used leftover white wine in place of the water & most of the lemon juice. We all loved it!
Very good, fast and easy to make. My kids are very picky (don't like sauces or mixed stuff) and the 3 of them loved it. After reading the comments, I doubled the "sauce" ingredients but it wasn't necessary since I let my 4 brests cook only 2 hours (and everything was cooked). So even convenient when you think of chicken at the last minute! Thanks for the recipe.
