  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, salt and pepper to taste and mix until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup salmon, onion and capers.
  • Mound mixture into egg white halves. Top with a small piece of salmon for garnish and sprinkle with chives.
