Great served with cornbread on a cold winter evening! This is even better when heated for the second time around!
I doctored this recipe just a little bit by adding Italian diced tomatoes and black pepper and it came out delicious. I would definetly make this again.
This recipe was o.k. but I added a few of my own variations to give it a little more flavor. I added chopped onions and fresh green beans at the begining while the potatoes were cooking. I also used cheddar smoked sausage and added a little seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder.
