This fast, versatile method of preparing green beans is a treat to my boys & their pals. This is an easy, quick variation that everyone welcomes. I served it at a large family gathering, only to get rave reviews. Enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an awesome recipe when you tailor it to your own taste. This is an awesome recipe when you tailor it to your own taste. I used more beef, sour cream and cheese, plus a whole pack of taco seasoning. Unlike most people, I have a high metabolism, and calories and fat are not a concern. Anyway, this was absolutely delicious. I also minced my onion, which only requires half of one, and I used cooking spray instead of the foil that was used in the video.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I personally really liked this recipe, my husband says he's undecided. I personally really liked this recipe, my husband says he's undecided. I loved the texture of the meal. The only thing I would suggest is to spray the bottom of the pan with Pam. I also used fat free sour cream and 2% cheese and tasted it still tasted great. Next time I will add some corn and some Rotel to give it more of a kick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an awsome kid friendly fix! This is an awsome kid friendly fix! I have made it twice, the first time with a casserole dish and the second as directed. I would recommend using a casserole dish if you have one available as it seemed help it keep it's shape. Also maybe adding a few extra tortilla shells to the bottom layer-mine stuck to the pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loves this casserole, in fact, all 3 of my kids (13, 18 & 21) said it's their favorite! My family loves this casserole, in fact, all 3 of my kids (13, 18 & 21) said it's their favorite! I make it w/corn tortillas since I'm gluten-free and sometimes will use chicken instead of beef. Whatever I have handy. I've also thrown in corn, either canned (and rinsed well) or frozen. Delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so easy and yummy! This was so easy and yummy! This is now in our kepper file. I can see how you can easily change it up for variety. You can use steak, ground turkey, chicken etc. You won't even notice a difference if you use lowfat sourcream and cheese. I did use corn tortillas to lower the carbs. YUMMY

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super easy to make and bake! Super easy to make and bake! I agree with some of the other reviews, the foil can be a pain and therefore I will use PAM in the future. Delicious and lots of room for substitution(s). Every one asked for seconds, that's always a good sign! It's a keeper committed to memory!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was very good, first time had to do just do the recipe. Was very good, first time had to do just do the recipe. Second time added just a few extras, like corn and some more beans. Seasoned it just a lil more. But the basic recipe was pretty good. Only had to adjust for our family, seasons and filling.
