  • Season chicken breasts with red wine vinegar and both types of Italian seasoning. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1-1.5 hours.
  • Remove, and let chicken sit a little. Then you can either grill or pan-grill until juices run clear. Let cool about 10-15 minutes.
  • While waiting on chicken to cool enough for you to handle, mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Add cut up chicken and then mix gingerly. Refrigerate at least an hour to 1.5 hours. Can serve as a sandwich or dip.
