  • Drain tuna and flake into a medium bowl.
  • Combine baby spinach, baby carrots and red onion in food processor. Chop on low setting until well blended. Add vegetable mixture to tuna.
  • Add hummus and cumin to tuna and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Regular hummus can be substituted as well as other flavors.
