  • 1. Put the ice in the blender.
  • 2. Add the yogurt.
  • 3. Chop up the banana and add that into the blender.
  • 4. Add a splash of water.
  • 5. Blend for 10 seconds, then stir for about 30 seconds. Repeat until smooth.
  • 6. Pour into cups, and if desired, cut the bottom of the strawberry and add to the cup for decoration.
