  • Crush the graham crackers in a resealable bag, and pour the crumbs into a bowl. Line a cookie sheet or plate with wax paper for easy clean up. Skewer marshmallows with tooth picks and set them aside on the wax paper.
  • Melt chocolate thoroughly in a bowl or saucepan. If using a microwave, put them in for 30 seconds at a time stirring each time, until completely melted. Be careful not to burn your chocolate.
  • Dip the marshmallows one at a time in the chocolate and coat them completely. Dip the chocolate covered marshmallows directly into the graham cracker crumbs, and set aside on the wax paper.
  • When all marshmallows are done or your plate/cookie sheet is full refrigerate your s’mores on a stick until the chocolate is set and solid again. Enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


This is just a fun variation to s'mores that kids would enjoy making. They're also great for parties as a sweet snack. You can use either jumbo or mini-marshmallows. I personally prefer the minis, they're easier to eat as well as make and seem to have a better flavor to me.
