  • Mix by hand frozen Cool Whip, sweet condensed milk, and key lime juice until creamy. Add food coloring if desired.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Place in freezer until firm (approx. 30 min.) Cut and serve with spray whip topping.

Notes

GREAT ADD INS: 1/2 cup crushed pistachio nuts into pie mix 3/4 cup coconut into pie mix Candy Lime slices as served

    I was looking for a quick, eggless key lime pie recipe, and this one is fantastic EXCEPT I had to more than double the amount of lime juice. I used at least 16 tsp of lime juice, and then it tasted just right! Maybe the recipe should have read 6 Tbsp, not 6 tsp? Other than that, the recipe was quick and easy! I will definitely make it again (adding more lime, of course!).
