  • Once green pepper & onion are diced, put in frying pan with ground beef, Ro*Tel and chili powder, and cook ground beef thoroughly. This will give green pepper, onion, Ro*Tel and chili powder time to flavor.
  • While ground beef mixture is cooking on stove, drain all remaining ingredients (beans, diced tomatoes) and put in pot with tomato sauce. This mixture should be put on low heat while ground beef mixture is finishing cooking.
  • Once ground beef is done, strain mixture through colander to remove grease and spoon into beans and tomato mixture. Cover and simmer on low to medium for about 45 minutes. The mixture should be moderately thick.


** You can use less or more chili powder depending on your likeness of hot stuff! Same with the Ro*Tel. Open up some Kraft Shredded Cheese and a box of crackers, instant meal.
