  • Crush one roll of crackers and mix with half of the butter. Place in the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking pan. Put chicken on top of crackers.
  • Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and broth together and pour over chicken. Crush other roll of crackers, mix with other half of butter and put on top of soup mixture.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Special Equipment Needed


Hint: If you use the frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts, you can throw them in your crock-pot frozen and cook them – you don’t even need to add water. When they are done, you’ll have at least 1/4 cup of chicken broth to use.
