  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the oats and 1-1/2 cups flour to the creamed mixture; mix well. Set aside 1-1/2 cups for topping. Press the remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake to 10 - 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, sour cream, egg, vanilla and remaining 2 tablespoons flour; mix well. Spread evenly over the crust, and sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
  • Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool, then cover and chill. Slice into bars and serve.
