  • Cover and turn on high for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve on thawed broccoli.

Notes

Simple, yummy and easy. Kids love it. I serve with a green salad. Leftovers are yummy too. You can serve over rice or noodles, good with baby carrots if you are not on South Beach diet. You can use skinless chicken strips as well -- half cook time.
