  • Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 50 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.

    This is the best pecan pie I've had in long time. I made it for Christmas and it was a huge hit. It's not too sweet like most pecan pies. It had a wonderful roasted pecan taste. My boyfriend went crazy over it. I WILL be making it again. It was so easy to make.
