  • Put oil in cast iron pan and heat until about 325 degrees F.
  • Pour buttermilk in shallow bowl then flour and seasoning salt into a resealable (gallon size works best) bag. Dip pork chops in buttermilk to coat then put into bag and shake to coat.
  • Put chops in oil. Be easy, don't want to be splashed with hot oil. Fry about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Once out of oil, put on paper to absorb extra oil. Sprinkle with a little extra seasoning. Enjoy!!
