  • 1. Cook chicken in frying pan with oil until done. Add package of taco season and let cook for one minute. Move chicken to side and let cool.
  • 2. Put wrap on a flat surface. Spread a Tbsp. of sour cream all over the wrap. Spread a Tbsp. of salsa all over the wrap. Take about ¼ cup of the cooked chicken and put on the right side of the wrap going up and down. Repeat adding the ¼ cup cheese, ¼ cup drained beans and a few slices of onion. Please change the amounts of each ingredient to your own personal taste!
  • 3. Tear off a piece of foil to assist in rolling the wrap. The foil helps to hold it together. Just roll the wrap going from the right to the left. Fold the foil on the end and gently flatten the wrap to push the ingredients to the ends. Let it sit, slice into two and serve. Enjoy!
