  • Combine the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and honey. Add to the dry mixture and stir to combine - some lumps are okay, do not over mix. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup (60 ml) batter per pancake on a heated, lightly greased griddle or large skillet over moderate heat and cook until bubbles for on the surface, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden, about 1 minute. Serve immediately or keep warm in a warm oven.
