  • Cook pasta of choice. Drain pasta, but reserve 1/4 cup of water the pasta was cooked in; set aside to cool. Cook the soybeans for 6-8 minutes or until done. Rinse and chop the broccoli, bell pepper, and green onion and set aside. Steam or microwave the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crispy tender, set aside.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, the reserved water from the pasta, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and peanut butter to make the sauce.
  • Mix the sauce with the pasta and all the other vegetables. Let stand for 5-7 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve.

Notes

Serves one. For less spice, use less red pepper flakes.
