  • 1. Carefully cut the chicken breasts in half. Flatten them out by pressing them firmly with the palm of your hand.
  • 2. Put the flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chicken in a plastic bag. Fold over the top of the bag and shake it well.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side until firm and golden brown.
  • 4. Cut the rolls in half. Fill each one with lettuce, a piece of chicken, sour cream, and salsa or sliced tomatoes.
