  • Pierce each chicken breast several times on each side with a fork. Combine the water, Italian dressing, garlic, mustard and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken breasts, cover, refrigerate and marinate overnight.
  • Heat grill to 350 degrees F. Grill the chicken breasts, turn the chicken breasts every 2-3 minutes and baste with the remaining marinade. Chicken should be slightly blackened and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Grill the onions, banana peppers and sun dried tomatoes on the side, garnish the chicken breasts. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

This was a great last minute throw together recipe. The marinade was so easy to make and chicken came out very moist. Prepping and grilling the veggies was easy. Great, inexpensive meal in under an hour.
