  • Prepare Kraft Mac & Cheese to box directions, using margarine & 2% milk. Cook, drain, rinse.
  • In separate pot, melt butter & milk, salt and pepper (to taste) on very low heat. Whisk constantly. When warm, add flour, and continue to whisk. Add Kraft Colby Jack and White Cheddar Cheeses, scraping the sides.
  • When combined, stir in prepared Kraft Mac & Cheese. Let rest (on low heat) for a few minutes. Stir again. Continue for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve with a few splashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce & Hot Pepper Flakes. Yum!
