  • Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapenos and jalapeno juice together. Stir or whip until blended evenly and smooth.
  • Spread a generous amount onto tortilla. Roll it up. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Take out, cut tortilla into slices about 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide. Place on serving tray. Fill a serving bowl with your salsa and place in the middle of the tray. Dip the finger-size piece in the salsa and eat or eat plain. Either way it's great!

Special Equipment Needed


I like to use the jalapenos that have green & red jalapenos & carrots in it. It makes for a more colorful dish if you're entertaining or taking an appetizer to a party.
