Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Croissants

  • De-stem the mushrooms and spinach, and chop them into small pieces. Cook them in a pan on medium heat with lemon juice and olive oil for around 10-14 min until cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix mayonnaise and shredded cheese into mushroom and spinach mixture.
  • Roll out your croissants, and spoon a Tbsp. of spinach mixture into each croissant, then roll up. Sprinkle any extra shredded cheese and parmesan cheese onto tops of croissants.
  • Bake as directed on croissant package.


I am sixteen, and I managed to make this recipe. It's relatively easy to do, and frozen ingredients can always be substituted. I believe that the cook should be able to play around with ingredients, so adding onion powder or playing with the quantities is fine. :)
