This is my mother-in-laws recipe that I have been making for years. I have started adding an additional package of spinach and I have even substituted that with frozen and chopped broccoli. My children love this dish, a good way for them to get their greens!! Also, I have baked this with foil over the dish, and then the last 15 minutes I take the foil off. It seems to be more moist that way.
