  • Clean and boil potatoes 20 minutes. Clean, cut up and boil cabbage separately.
  • Take cabbage out in about 15 minutes and warm up sliced beef in cabbage broth for 5 minutes. Potatoes are done in 20 minutes. Save and drain juices (broths).
  • It is nice to have some juices or broths with your meal, potato and cabbage juices or broths. Serve all in a soup bowl. Dish out beef, potatoes, cabbage, juices or broths, serve with fresh cilantro and crusty bread.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family loved this! My family loved this! Only change-up, if you don't like spice, replace the diced tomatoes with chilies with a plain can of diced tomatoes. Also, I used canned chicken....cheaper way to go. Of course, if you have left-overs on hand that would be great too. Will make again and again!! :)
