  • Bake pie crusts and cool, remove from pan. Use blender to whip the egg yolks until creamy.
  • In pan put in heavy whipping cream, butter, sugar and vanilla. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add eggs, still stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat, and let cool.
  • Put about 1/4 of the mixture in the first crust, put next crust on top, and keep alternating filling and crust.

Notes

This is a very rich dessert. A little goes a long way. Hope you enjoy.
