  • Cook bow tie pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
  • Heat a large skillet and add olive oil. Saute chopped onion in the skillet just until soft, add garlic, thyme, and steak strips. Saute 1 minute longer. Remove steak and set aside.
  • Add unthawed pea pods, cream of celery soup, soy sauce, and pepper (to taste) to the skillet. Heat until boiling and pea pods are heated through.
  • Add steak back into pan. Add cooked pasta. Stir over low heat just until heated through. Add small amount of water if needed to thin the sauce. Add salt to taste.


If you overcook the steak, it will be tough. Thinner strips require less cook time.
