  • Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, onion, sugar, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic in a small bowl with whisk to mix well.
  • Pound the steak to 1/4" thickness and place in a shallow dish. Add the marinade, turning to coat the steak thoroughly, and marinate (covered) in the refrigerator for 8 hours or longer.
  • Preheat the grill using a medium flame. Drain the steak and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Slice the steak across the grain into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Wrap the tortillas in foil and bake for 15 minutes (without the meat).
  • Wrap the tortillas around the steak strips and garnish with salsa, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream.
