  • Take a London broil and trim any fat. Cut the broil into thin strips maybe 1/2 inch thick. Place in shallow pan.
  • Now take onion and slice. Place the onion into the pan with the London broil strips. Season the meat. I use Adobo and garlic salt. Use only white seasonings. Mix seasonings and onion in the pan and pour in vinegar, you will be half way up the meat. Then add water to cover meat. Only have the liquid about a 1/2 inch above meat.
  • Let this simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.

Top this over white rice and it's fabulous, especially for those who enjoy vinegar flavor.
