  • In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta to al dente and drain. Return to the pot and melt in the butter. Toss to coat.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese.
  • Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy.

    Ok... so I've been trying to find a good stovetop recipe for mac and cheese rather than the ordinary box kind. My daughter is picky and doesn't like the baked version because of the burnt cheese (which I think makes it best)... so I found this and SHE LOVED IT !! In fact, my whole family loved it. I will definitely make this again !!
