  • Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat cake mix and butter in large bowl on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Press remaining crumbly mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and frosting in same bowl on medium speed until smooth. Beat in eggs until blended. Pour mixture over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake about 45 minutes or until set.
  • Cool completely for about 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours until chilled. For bars, cut into 6 by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 36 bars.

    This recipe was absolutely delicious! The edges did get a little bit dark, and it was nice a fluffy when it came out of the oven. After it began to cool, the center of the cake sunk. But it was very good and easy to make. Will definately make it again.
