  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place muffin papers in muffin tins. Cut 1/4-inch thick slices of cookie dough and press in and up sides of tin.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until very light golden brown.
  • In a microwavable bowl melt butter then add nuts and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Place 2 tsp. of nut mixture into cookie cups.
  • Return to oven for another 5 minutes. Place on rack until completely cooled.

Special Equipment Needed


You may use peanut butter cups or any type of nuts you prefer. You may also use your own chocolate chip cookie recipe, takes a little more time to press into cups.
