  • Clean out seeds of orange peppers by carefully carving the steam of the orange pepper (like a pumpkin). Save the tops. Carve any style face you choose on each orange pepper. Set aside.
  • Chop onion and green pepper into small pieces. Mix lean beef with egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese. Mix ingredients well.
  • In large crock-pot add 1 can of tomatoes or spaghetti sauce. Divide the meat mixture into 6 equal balls. Place inside carved Jack-'o-lantern peppers. Place tops back on peppers. Place stuffed peppers in crock-pot with sauce. Add the remaining sauce to cover the peppers.
  • Let slow cook until meat is fully cooked and pepper has softened. Estimate 3 hours on High to cook (depending on crock-pot).
