My name is Ruby Stryzek I get e-mail from Kraft Foods I like the mail and the magazine food & family, so I’m sending this recipe we enjoy this time of year because the peppers are maturing in our garden, also great for any sporting event or get together, every one that’s tried them loves them, the recipe was handed down from a friend and modified to our tastes, we don’t know where it originated from.
We also like to stuff Jalapenos and other hot peppers with the same stuffing that’s used in bell peppers, it just needs to be piped in, if the pepper is small I cut both ends off so the trapped air won’t split the side open it comes out the tip end, just wipe away the excess.
