  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place roast on a cutting board. Use a very sharp knife and start cutting at about a 30 degree angle until roast is in the shape of a rectangle....about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Take a handful of the Italian dressing and spread over meat. Do the same with garlic. Using a tablespoon, spread wasabi over meat. Sprinkle rosemary.
  • Prepare Stove Top dressing and evenly spread over meat. Carefully roll meat and hold together with a toothpick. Wrap butcher's string around meat and tie in a knot. Repeat.
  • Place roast in an oven brown bag. This should be placed in a sturdy roasting pan. Put wine in bottom of bag. * You may add vegetables of your liking to the bag at this time if you would like!* Secure bag.
  • Roast until meat is fork tender and cooked through. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy. Enjoy!
