  • Brown the ground beef in a small skillet.
  • Meanwhile, thoroughly wash mushrooms and remove and discard stems. Brush inside and outside of mushrooms with dressing and place on foil lined baking sheet, cap side down. Stuff ground beef into each cap and drizzle a little more dressing over meat.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for about five minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over each mushroom. Broil another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Special Equipment Needed


Ingredients may vary depending on size of mushrooms. If you don't have a broiler in your oven that's ok, they're just as good without it. You can also use canned chicken, ham or turkey in place of the beef. Vegetarians you can use meatless products as well.
